Sleeman Breweries, third largest brewer in Canada, is pleased to introduce a new corporate identity that reflects its values and where it came from, and where it is going as a company, in the future.
The corporate identity will enable Sleeman Breweries to distinguish between its corporate identity and the Sleeman brand, which our customers know and love. The new corporate identity will not impact the company’s operations, product brands, management and employees or the relationship with our customers. It will, however, allow the company to communicate with one voice, with our valued employees, our customers and our partners.
In order to help communicate this change, we have unified our corporate entities under one brand, amalgamating the Sleeman Unibroue name with Sleeman Breweries Ltd./ Les Brasseries Sleeman Ltée. While we are amalgamating the names, the company is still very committed to Unibroue, as the brewery and products are essential to the success and growth of the company.
Sleeman Breweries Ltd. is the third largest brewing company in Canada. The company has supplemented its core Sleeman brands, which are available in every province, with a family of exceptional regional brands. These include Okanagan Spring in British Columbia and Unibroue in Quebec as well as Old Milwaukee and Pabst Blue Ribbon. In 2006, Sleeman Breweries Limited was acquired by Sapporo Holdings Limited of Japan. The company distributes world class imported products such as Guinness, and is supported by 1,100 employees.
The new corporate identity represents and conveys the best of everything our company has become and our ongoing quest to provide Better Beer for All.
