Sleeman Breweries named one of Waterloo Area’s Top Employers for 2024

This is the fourth year Sleeman Breweries has received this important accolade. Many thanks to all our employees who help make Sleeman Breweries such a remarkable place to work.

This year, we were selected as a regional top employer for several reasons, including our:

• parental leave top-up, providing 75% of salary for up to 38 weeks for primary caregivers and 100% of salary for up to six weeks for secondary caregivers.
• charitable focus on food insecurity and the environment – we supported 150 initiatives in the past year! Our corporate match of employee donations was also noted.
• financial incentives, including year-end bonuses for all, and beer as a taxable benefit.

The competition compares organizations in their respective fields to determine which employers offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
