Our 2026 application referenced large-scale benefits and niche programs that support our employees’ unique needs. Employees have access to professional development credits, competitive health benefits, and an employee discount partnership. And in Guelph specifically, we offer initiatives that include programming for Take Our Kids to Work Day, a social committee, and an employee celebration for International Women’s Day. We know that one-size doesn’t fit all when it comes to employee support, so we offer a variety of options to meet our employees’ needs and interests.
